Stores all of your clients’ info along with property details, notes, photos. Lets you easily create Work Orders that turn into Invoices, which you can then text or email to your clients. Gives you at-a-glance status of Annual Services status, Unpaid Invoices, the amount, service requests, and more. One click directions to your client, On-My-Way text messages. Generate financial reports, sales tax liability reports, deposit reports, and smart filters, to find exactly what you are searching for. Input backflow test readings, generate and submit test reports reports while on site.
Multi-user capability with real-time synchronization across all users. Ability to assign roles for your employees, with extensive filters for what each one is allowed to see and do within the app. Ability to remotely change/revoke individual user’s permissions. Ability to use the app even if there is no internet connection available on site. The system automatically updates as soon a connection is re-established.

Main Screen

The Main Screen is where general information about invoices, Work orders, Backflow Test Reports, Database Backup, and other info is displayed.

Main HUB

The Main Hub displays all of the clients, starting with the ones that were most recently viewed. You can scroll or Search, or use the Find to filter your search.

Client HUB

When a client is selected, the left side displays Client’s info and status of annual services, flags, unpaid invoices, open work orders , notes, etc.

The right side contains buttons for accessing different features. A Quick Menu is accessible by clicking on the three lines in the top center.
